The Ruth Benedict Prize Committee is now accepting applications for the 2017 Student Representative.

The Ruth Benedict Book Prize honors excellence in a scholarly book written from an anthropological perspective about a topic that engages issues and theoretical perspectives relevant to LGBTQ studies. If interested, please send a brief letter via email to Noelle Stout nms326@nyu.edu. In one to two paragraphs, please outline your experience and interest in LGBTQ anthropology, your current research project, and your current degree status and institution.

Letters submitted by March 15, 2017 will receive full consideration.
